Mediation and arbitration services are available both via Zoom and in person throughout the Pacific Northwest. Zoom mediation and arbitration are available anywhere in the United States.
Once you fill submit a request through the schedule with me portal, I will review for any conflicts within 24 hours and notify you if there is a conflict.
If there are no conflicts, you will receive a confirmation email with important details, including invoicing, a secure upload link for documents, and Zoom link.
Invoices must be paid in full within seven days of booking. Payment options include debit or credit card through stripe or direct mailing of a check.
Parties should submit their materials through the document link, including mediation memorandums. Each party should consider exchanging mediation memos with each prior to mediation.
